On 7th November, 2016 IRDAI approved it as a corporate agent (COMPOSITE) having alloted REGISTRATION NO. CA0436 valid upto 6th November, 2025.

ASTHA INSURANCE SERVICES LIMITED was changed to a Private Limited company with effect from 4th September, 2017.
